There are too many disappointing circulating re finding long term care. Getting caught in a web of businesses that offer the care was nothing I wanted to do. So I was very pleased when I I learned of Patti's work through my national professional organization (ACA) and that ACSIA had been vetted by that group's management team. Working with Pattianne has been quite pleasurable. That she is well informed about the field, is able to communicate clearly and in a language I could understand, is focussed and very organized, follows through and does so immediately, and stays on top of all the details matter importantly, and they are commendable qualities and skills for someone in her position to have. But even beyond those important ways of working, Pattianne cares-- actually cares and wants to get the best plans for her clients. I so appreciated working with her on this piece of my life.

I would recommend Pattianne to anyone who is trying to find long term care insurance. She explained in simple language what I needed, sent me a book on the subject, and overall was very helpful. I felt like I knew what I needed as a nurse, but knew almost nothing as it turns out! She keep me up to date at every step, and I am pleased to say that it all worked out well!!
